 My 1-2-1 Support and Growth program consists of :

  • Fortnightly 45min 1-2-1 Coaching and Mentoring, in person or Via Zoom

  • Fortnightly Feedback form (the week between 1-2-1 sessions) so you can get clear on what areas you need to focus on, giving feedback to me as to where you are.

  • Fortnightly Video review from myself relating to the feedback form that you've filled in.''

How it works...

The first session may be around an hour, we will discuss your challenges, goals, stress levels and the impact of these on you as a person. This gives both of us a good understanding of what is or isn't happening. From there we look at what is most important to achieve, what are the priorities?  From here we work together on a development plan. We meet twice a month via Zoom or in person for 45min. Then every fortnight you will fill in a simple feedback form, I then reply with a short video of things that you could focus on. Then, notice how things begin changing almost instantly for the better - Wayne

The investment is just £295 plus vat per month.

(This can be paid by the Individual or Business)

Included is a complementary Insights Discovery profile worth £120 to assist with your self understanding,
