How it works...
The first session may be around an hour, we will discuss your challenges, goals, stress levels and the impact of these on you as a person. This gives both of us a good understanding of what is or isn't happening. From there we look at what is most important to achieve, what are the priorities? From here we work together on a development plan. We meet twice a month via Zoom or in person for 45min. Then every fortnight you will fill in a simple feedback form (see below) I then reply with a short video of things that you could focus on. Then, notice how things begin changing almost instantly for the better - Wayne
Here is an example of the feedback form (you might want to fill it in now, then I will contact you to discuss my findings) I give a complimentary 30min consult via Zoom or Phone)
The investment is just £295 plus vat per month.
