We all have lots of ideas, many of them are even good! Writing them on a capture list is something that I recommend. Review them at the end of the week and if they still seem good or relevant and most importantly ''beneficial'' then add them to your projects. The other thing that helps is ''Chunking'' Do they fit in nicely with something else that you do i.e. another task or project? ''Chunking'' them in with those makes the chance of execution much more likely. It's great to get the opinion of another too, they can advise you and save you time and effort.
