I was reading a study on power naps, and the findings were quite amazing, they found a 34% decrease in the likelyhood of heart attacks and an increase in cognitive ability of 16-34% !

You don’t need a Thon hotel like the one mentioned below to have the same benefits, 2-30min Guided meditation with headphones in a quiet place would likely work just as well.

It makes you wonder what we really could achieve when we manage to develop our performance in all areas?
