Clearing your mind for a better week

So, my slippers on (these are actually my only slippers that the dogs haven't chewed yet) coffee ready, favourite comfortable chair and a blank sheet.

I like to start the week with a clear but “flexible” plan.

It’s time to first download some other things that have sprung up this last week. "Things" that are on my mind, stuff that if not addressed could be a distraction in the coming weeks, as you know distractions really reduce productivity and achievement.

If we put these "things" down and into an action plan, we can then focus on our normal projects and responsibilities and enjoy the rest of our Sunday, going into the week with a clear plan, the brain seems to like this! #projects#coffee#clearmind#planningahead
